Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies, including anti-money laundering procedures
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure inclusive service
  • Support branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for trust

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
