  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Squirrel Hill Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, mortgages, or investment services to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve branch goals
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and adhering to cash handling procedures
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
  • Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by embodying JPMorgan Chase's core values of integrity and client focus

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
