  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate J.P. Morgan Chase products and services
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
