Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the SR 200 and 80th Branch in Ocala, FL
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic banking inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate J.P. Morgan Chase products and services
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
• Support branch operations by preparing reports, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their experience with J.P. Morgan Chase
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
