Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the State and Mulford Branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Identify client opportunities and refer them to appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Process transactions accurately while adhering to security protocols and compliance standards
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and deliver holistic financial solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to uphold JPMorgan Chase's professional standards
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and product knowledge
• Support community engagement initiatives in Rockford, IL, to strengthen local client relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
