  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase digital tools
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or loans
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security procedures
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer daily and reporting discrepancies
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to serve diverse Dallas community members
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
