Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Sudbury Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial advisors or specialists for wealth management needs
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, organizing client documents, and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver holistic financial solutions
  • Handle client escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client-centric service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
