Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the Sunrise Kolb Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for investment or lending products
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Promote JPMorgan Chase digital banking tools to enhance client experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters as needed
• Participate in community outreach events to build local relationships in Tucson

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Sunrise Kolb Branch in Tucson, AZ
