Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Trexlertown Plaza Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products and services
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention efforts
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while balancing teller drawer daily
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client experience
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Trexlertown, PA

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a new branch setting
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Trexlertown Plaza Branch
