Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Westfield East Main Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, or digital banking tools
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
• Handle cash drawer reconciliation and report any discrepancies promptly
• Educate clients on secure banking practices and fraud prevention in line with JPMorgan Chase standards
• Support branch events and community initiatives to build local relationships in Westfield, MA
• Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to all visitors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
