  • Process transactions accurately while adhering to Chase's security and compliance protocols
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to uphold Chase's standards
  • Stay updated on banking regulations and product changes through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
