  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize mobile apps and online platforms
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
  • Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
