Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the White Swan Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JP Morgan Chase systems
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate financial products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies for secure and ethical banking practices
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve branch goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Handle cash drawer reconciliation and report any discrepancies promptly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
