Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Williamsburg Lightfoot Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, balancing teller drawers, and maintaining a secure environment
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support community initiatives in Williamsburg, VA
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for superior service
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products, digital banking tools, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
