Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and explaining JP Morgan Chase financial products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment services, mortgages, or credit solutions to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and promote Chase digital banking tools
  • Perform cash handling duties, balancing teller drawers, and preparing daily reconciliations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
