Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Identify client opportunities and refer them to appropriate JPMorgan Chase specialists for investment, lending, or wealth management services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, contributing to the new build setup at Farmington Ridge Parkway
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Handle cash management duties, including balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reports
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the branch location in Kannapolis, NC
