Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Farmington Ridge Parkway branch in Cabarrus, NC
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention
• Handle cash vault responsibilities and reconcile daily transactions
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
