Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about products like checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Support branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and organizing client documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience in the new Southend branch
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online security best practices
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for trust and reliability
  • Contribute to branch goals by participating in community outreach and promotional events in Charlotte

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
