Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using Chase digital tools
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit cards, loans, or investment products to bankers
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, adhering to security and compliance protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to support community events and financial education initiatives
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies
  • Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance their financial wellness
  • Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Support branch opening activities in the new Waverly Branch build

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Satisfactory background check and credit history
