Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the 78th and Dodge Branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and enrolling in digital banking services
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like Chase Sapphire checking or credit solutions
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash management duties, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Promote branch events and community initiatives to build lasting client relationships in Omaha
• Support audit processes and maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to the 78th and Dodge Branch in Omaha, NE
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
