Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the Abilene Branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and balancing the vault, and preparing daily reports
• Build and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Support team efforts in achieving branch sales goals and community engagement initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Participate in training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase's digital banking tools and security measures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and some evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Abilene, TX location
• Pass background check and comply with JPMorgan Chase's security and privacy policies
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
