Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Albany Western Ave Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize Chase mobile apps and online platforms
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing drawers daily and reporting discrepancies promptly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
