Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Arroyo Grande Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking, savings, and credit accounts
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for investment, mortgage, or lending products to specialists
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver holistic financial solutions
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JP Morgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling with some evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally if needed
