Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Arroyo Grande Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with resolving client inquiries and issues related to accounts, loans, and digital banking services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Educate clients on mobile banking apps, online platforms, and fraud prevention best practices
• Handle cash management duties, including balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reports
• Participate in community outreach events to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to the Arroyo Grande area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Arroyo Grande Branch as required
