Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Atascadero Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate opportunities for JPMorgan Chase banking, credit, and investment products
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries in compliance with bank policies
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security and operational procedures
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding client service
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities to ensure fraud prevention and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory requirements
