Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Beckley Main Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking and savings accounts
• Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's suite of products, such as credit cards, loans, and investment options
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized Chase services like wealth management or mortgage lending
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing daily reports, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers as needed
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client experiences through Chase Mobile app and online platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
