Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Bethel Library Place Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JP Morgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate financial solutions, such as mortgages or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support overall branch goals and client satisfaction
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment

• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
