Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Flushing, NY branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to serve the diverse North Central Queens community
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Process loan applications and provide information on mortgage and personal lending services
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and promote digital banking solutions
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to build long-term relationships
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and security protocols
• Participate in community outreach events to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in Flushing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts that may involve evenings and weekends
