Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centered approach
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse clients in South Richmond Hill
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features
  • Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States
  • Pass background check and drug screening
