Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a welcoming manner, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Communicate effectively in both English and Russian to support bilingual clients in the Brooklyn South community
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash and sensitive client information securely, adhering to JPMorgan Chase security standards
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage self-service and improve client experience
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build relationships in the local area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
