Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Breiel Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding JPMorgan Chase's suite of financial products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for wealth management and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online security to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
