Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Brickell City Centre Branch
• Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations during 30-hour workweek
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Assist in branch security procedures and report any suspicious activities
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Brickell City Centre Branch in Miami, FL
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and FINRA registration if applicable
