Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Brier Creek Branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Process loan applications and provide information on mortgage and personal lending services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and improve client satisfaction scores
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions to uphold security protocols
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to foster long-term relationships
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to Raleigh, NC

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Brier Creek Branch in Raleigh, NC
