Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Burleson Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional JP Morgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming branch atmosphere
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers at the end of each shift
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JP Morgan Chase's presence in Burleson, TX

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Availability to work in the Burleson, TX branch location
