Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Cactus and 32nd Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and following security protocols
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish to serve the diverse Phoenix community effectively
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers while ensuring seamless service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
