Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
  • Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and digital banking tools
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and refer to specialized bankers
  • Support branch operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
