Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Capital Blvd Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining features and benefits
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments responsibly, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Promote digital banking solutions to encourage self-service and improve client convenience
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Raleigh

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
