Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Chester Blvd Branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Identify client opportunities and refer them to appropriate Chase financial specialists for investment, lending, or mortgage services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to Chase's risk and compliance policies
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to promote self-service options
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to support a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver holistic financial solutions
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters as needed
• Stay updated on Chase products, services, and industry regulations through ongoing training
• Support branch events and community initiatives to strengthen local ties in Richmond, IN

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally if required
