Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a welcoming manner, embodying JPMorgan Chase's commitment to hospitality and client care
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Support branch operations by managing cash handling, balancing teller drawers, and preparing daily reports
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance the overall client experience
  • Assist in opening new accounts and educating clients on digital banking tools and mobile apps
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's high service standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment

  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends
