Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Conroe Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and promote digital banking solutions
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices in both English and Spanish
• Handle customer escalations professionally and refer complex issues to senior bankers
• Participate in community outreach events to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Conroe, TX
• Stay updated on banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Conroe area if required
• Pass background check and drug screening
