Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Covington Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding JP Morgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for more complex financial solutions
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a secure environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals for customer satisfaction and sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JP Morgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
