Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Downtown Burlington Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Assist with branch operations, such as balancing cash drawers, ordering supplies, and preparing daily reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support JPMorgan Chase's commitment to client-centered financial solutions
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
• Availability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
