Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the East Nashville Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase's digital and traditional banking platforms
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and fraud prevention to promote secure financial management
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Handle cash vault management and reconcile daily transactions to ensure branch security and accuracy
• Support community engagement initiatives in East Nashville to build lasting client relationships
• Assist in branch operations such as opening and closing procedures during part-time shifts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Must pass background check and comply with all regulatory requirements for banking roles
