Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Eden Prairie Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or investment services to branch specialists
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, managing vault security, and preparing daily reports
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver outstanding client satisfaction
• Handle sensitive client information confidentially and resolve issues promptly to build trust
• Participate in community outreach events in Eden Prairie to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
