Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Englewood Hampden Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
• Support branch operations during peak hours and special events in Englewood, CO

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
