Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention, mobile banking apps, and other JPMorgan Chase digital tools
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver seamless service
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Comply with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
