Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding digital banking options
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for investment and mortgage services
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
• Educate clients on fraud prevention, mobile banking apps, and other JPMorgan Chase digital tools
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Comply with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering procedures
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle financial transactions accurately
• Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technologies
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
