Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the Everhard and Fulton Branch in Canton, OH, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while ensuring accuracy and security
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referral growth
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall client experience
• Handle cash management and balancing of teller drawers with precision
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to local financial wellness
• Maintain a clean and welcoming branch environment in line with hospitality standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area if needed
