Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Florence and I-10 Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for checking, savings, credit, and investment products to bankers
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to dual control procedures for security
• Assist with branch operations such as opening/closing, ATM balancing, and vault management
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and self-service options to promote convenience
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, anti-money laundering policies, and JPMorgan Chase standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to build long-term relationships
• Participate in training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase products, services, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for branch operations
• Pass background check, credit check, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications
