Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Flower Estates Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and client satisfaction
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Covington, LA to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
