Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using Chase digital tools
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse West Palm Beach clientele
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations, anti-money laundering policies, and internal controls
• Support branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and merchandising
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Educate clients on digital banking options to promote self-service and security best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling with potential evenings and weekends
• Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
