Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client care standards
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products and services
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic client inquiries
• Conduct teller operations while adhering to security protocols and fraud prevention measures
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to enhance client experience
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse client populations
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry regulations
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Compliance with all banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
